Intrinsic Therapeutics, Inc. Announces Kevin Sidow as New Board Member

WOBURN, Mass.-- September 29, 2008 --Intrinsic Therapeutics, Inc., a privately held company, announced that Mr. Kevin Sidow has joined their board of directors. Kevin comes to the company with tremendous experience managing both large and small companies. Kevin was the Company Group Chairman at Johnson & Johnson for the DePuy franchise companies. Kevin managed the growth of these companies across both domestic and international markets. Kevin left Johnson & Johnson to become President and CEO of St. Francis Medical which he led to a successful acquisition by Kyphon. Most recently, Kevin is heading Moximed, a start-up orthopedic company on the West Coast.
